Rosemary Liuzzo Mohamed is a Partner at the firm and an attorney at law admitted to the New York State Bar. She earned the Degree of Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2005, and has been at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. since 2008. She has been ranked as a Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2014 through 2019, listed as a “Top 50 Women Attorney in the New York Metropolitan Area” in 2016, and named The Mann Charitable Foundation Leading Ladies Honoree in 2018. Rosemary’s work and expertise has also been featured in the New York Times.
She is currently the Chair of the Mortgage Finance Group concentrating primarily in the representation of leading banks in lending transactions. She has handled multiple complex New York loans such as Consolidation, Extension and Modification agreements in connection with both refinances and purchases. Rosemary has extensive experience in closing mortgages secured by condominiums and one to four family houses as well as loans secured by cooperative apartment shares and proprietary leases. Additionally, Rosemary represents buyers, sellers and corporations in both residential and commercial transactions. She also acts as transfer agent for multiple cooperative corporations in New York City and has prior experience in title insurance law.
