Hi Adam,
We wanted to write you an overdue note of thanks for all your help and guidance during the process of buying our apartment. To say that we couldn’t have done it without you isn’t enough – we wouldn’t have done it without you!
(We also received the bottle of champagne from your office once we had closed, by which time we were ready to celebrate, so thank you for that as well!)
From the very beginning, your advice gave us the confidence to ask the right questions and prepare properly, and Jennifer and Guy were great counsel once we got into the nuts and bolts of the deal. We felt that they went the extra mile to make sure they were guiding us through everything – the preliminaries of the offer, the acceptance and financials, and even now with the post-occupancy agreement and making sure we’re protected as we transition into the apartment. It has made the whole thing seem almost easy!
Helping to purchase the apartment at 68th street was one thing; with parents involved, I think there’s always a little less urgency and sense of weight on the kid. With this one, where Emma and I were on our own, we felt like you took care of us like your own family, and for that we’ll be ever grateful.
