Hi, I’m Maria Ibanez, the Chief of Staff and Operations Executive at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. My day-to-day responsibilities are very exciting because no two days are ever the same. Typically, I start my day by greeting Adam, and we review his schedule, the main priorities for the day, and any long-term projects or goals. After that, I dive into my work.
My role involves ensuring that everything within the firm is running smoothly. This includes making sure the staff are taken care of, Adam is supported, and all major firm-wide events and projects are properly managed. It’s a dynamic role that’s both fun and rewarding because there’s always something new to tackle.
When there’s a big case or deposition, I oversee the logistics—making sure everything runs seamlessly. This includes coordinating who is coming in and out of the office, ensuring clients feel valued and appreciated, and addressing all the details that make the experience smooth for everyone involved.
Working with Adam on a daily basis is incredibly inspiring. He’s funny, caring, passionate, determined, and hardworking. His energy and commitment are contagious. He’s always on top of everything, which motivates the team to give their best. Adam also has a way of making you feel like you’re part of something important. He’s an amazing mentor who’s always available to guide and support you, no matter what you need help with. His encouragement and dedication to both the firm and its employees make working here truly fulfilling.
That said, working with Adam can be intense at times, given his high-profile nature and the caliber of cases and clients he handles. However, that adds to the excitement and challenge of the role.
The office itself is stunning, and the people here are absolutely incredible. Everyone contributes to the success of the team, and the social environment is fantastic. We all get along and are genuinely invested in one another’s lives, which makes for a supportive and enjoyable workplace.
One of the things I love about working here is how the firm takes care of its employees.
