She was calm, patient, polite, knowledgeable and never gave up on the goal to get it closed. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She is an exemplary lawyer and represents your firm well.
I never every write these types of emails, I close and forget, but she deserves to be recognized, and I thought you would like to know!
