My name is Marina March, and I’m a Marketing Associate as well as a Receptionist here at Adam Leitman Bailey PC. I’ve been with the firm since this past July. My day-to-day duties include screening phone calls, greeting anyone who comes in, and helping with the marketing team. This includes interacting with social media followers, updating our website’s analytics, and handling other marketing tasks.
I really feel that we are all a family here. I get so much support from my co-workers, and there’s really no hierarchy. I feel extremely comfortable speaking with all the partners and attorneys, and everyone is always willing to help. I have a lot of co-workers my age, and we’ve become very close friends. The firm fosters this relationship, especially over the summer when we go out for lunch on Fridays. We also have frequent happy hours and dinners that the firm organizes. The firm even gives us 80% off gym memberships, so most of us go to Equinox together. We take classes together and even get ready for work together—it’s really great.
Adam genuinely wants everyone to succeed and goes out of his way to help. He makes sure that everyone here is happy and that we absolutely love working here. As long as you have a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic, you’ll do great here.
My favorite part about working here is the interactions I get to have with everyone. I sit at the front where our kitchen is, and we have a coffee machine, a cappuccino machine, and a bunch of free snacks, which is a nice perk. I love speaking to everyone who comes into the kitchen, getting to know them, and building relationships. It’s amazing that I’m able to build relationships with people who are attorneys. At other firms, someone in reception and marketing might not have that opportunity, but here, it’s really encouraged.
If you get the chance to work here, you should absolutely take it. You’ll build so many meaningful relationships and make so many great memories in this office.
