To give a funny example of [Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.’s] extreme attention to detail, at one point we needed a notarized statement from our architect. Our architect kindly provided it with rapid turnaround.
They looked it over and said “Oh, does your architect live with his mother?”
“No, why do you ask?”
“Because it was notarized by someone sharing his last name”
Who even looks at that?!
Turns out, yes, it was notarized by his mother, but she lives the next town over.
