Interviewer:
“Hello, can you introduce yourself please?”

Tony Lamb:
“My name is Tony Lamb, and I’m from New York University, where I’m studying Politics and Economics. I’m going to be a rising junior.”

Interviewer:
“And what are your career goals?”

Tony Lamb:
“My career goals currently are to graduate from undergrad, spend two years looking for a job in the banking sector, and afterward, try to enter law school. Ultimately, I aim to become a corporate lawyer.”

Interviewer:
“Did you get the experience you wanted from this internship?”

Tony Lamb:
“Yes, I did get the experience I wanted. This was my first internship, and I learned what it’s like to work in the real world. I feel like it really prepared me for my future roles.”

Interviewer:
“What was your role at Adam Leitman Bailey PC?”

Tony Lamb:
“My role at Adam Leitman Bailey PC was to help facilitate the management of a new website they were implementing and ensure that traffic to the website was increasing, as well as making sure it was functioning properly.”

Interviewer:
“What kind of tasks did you perform?”

Tony Lamb:
“As I mentioned, my tasks included facilitating the development of the new website. This involved SEO optimization, content migration, and more. I feel like the technical skills I developed will help me in the future.”

Interviewer:
“How did the firm help you prepare for such tasks? Did you receive any training?”

Tony Lamb:
“The firm was very accommodating when it came to training. They hired professionals to give us hands-on training, and our supervisors worked closely with us to ensure we had a good understanding of the tasks.”

Interviewer:
“What skills did you learn at ALBPC?”

Tony Lamb:
“I learned many skills, but one of the first things I learned was how to coordinate myself in a business environment. This was my first internship, and stepping out of the classroom and into a professional setting required a great sense of responsibility, punctuality, and accountability.”

Interviewer:
“What did you enjoy the most about the internship?”

Tony Lamb:
“The task I enjoyed the most was definitely going to the training sessions. All the professionals were really passionate about what they were doing, and I felt privileged to learn from them.”

Interviewer:
“What was the most important skill you learned at the firm?”

Tony Lamb:
“The most important skill I learned at the firm was the technical skills, especially learning the basics of HTML. This was really useful, and I think it’s crucial in today’s tech-driven world.”

Interviewer:
“Do you think this internship will help you further your career?”

Tony Lamb:
“Yes, I think this internship, being my first one, will definitely help me in my career. I see it as a stepping stone, and having such a great firm behind me is a big advantage.”

Interviewer:
“What was the most memorable moment you had at Adam Leitman Bailey PC?”

Tony Lamb:
“The most memorable moment was definitely the first time I stepped into the firm. Everything felt new, and I remember feeling a little strange at first. But once I got to know the team, everyone made me feel like I was at home. They were really passionate and helpful.”

Interviewer:
“Do you have any advice for future interns about working here?”

Tony Lamb:
“My advice is to work hard, because if you work hard for them, they’ll work hard for you. Treat every task like it’s the most important one you have, and that will ensure you put forth your best effort.”
