“I cannot tell you how happy I am that I hired you. I look back at last year and shudder to think that I almost got evicted from my home, thank you a million times over for stopping them from doing that to me.”
Congratulations, and thank you for sending me the articles on what you are doing in the Real Estate legal Community. You are getting more and more famous, I hope that your work will continue to preserve the rights of tenants in co-ops, despite the ” David Pullman” case that set us all back a century.

So many things have changed in the building since we last spoke. The powers that be have hired a new management agent and replaced the woman agent who was harassing me. We have a young man now, who is British and a real estate lawyer himself! The tenant in 6A is still banging away on her floors at night however, she told the Bar Association in February, that she is moving out of her apartment. She is still there to date, banging away.
They are still billing me every month for “repairs” to the apartment below mine, they have added a new charge on my monthly statements of $95.00 in “legal bill” and every month I send in my maintenance check, with a letter disputing the other charges on my statement. Congratulations again. I hope I don’t
Have to call you!
