Another friend of mine is looking for a landlord-tenant lawyer. Basically, he owns an apartment in a co-op in Manhattan. The co-op has a commercial tenant (a restaurant) that is suing the co-op. As such, the co-op is looking for a good landlord tenant lawyer to represent it as the landlord. Do you have any recommendations?
