Tell us a little about yourself.
My name is Jonathan Égalité. I am 3L at Hofstra Law School and real estate has always been my passion.
What did you enjoy the most about working at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.?
The aspects that I love the most about Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. are the daily challenges that come before us but the team work and the grit that everyone possesses to accomplish in any matter and any goal.
What makes Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. a valuable place to work at?
Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. is a valuable place to work out because not only does Adam believe in you, he pushes you. My time at Adam Leitman Bailey as an extern, I’ve been motivated. I’ve been encouraged and as well, the criticism I received has made me a better student and is guiding my legal career.
What is your day-to-day at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.?
In my day-to-day basis at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. consists of working with the transactional department and the litigation department. With the transactional department, the financial banking department we do closings. I observed UCC-1 and UCC-3 filings. With litigation, I performed the research task and just supported the staff regarding any research or any matters they needed information or questions about.
What is your proudest accomplishment since joining?
My proudest accomplishment since joining Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. has been working with the team and utilizing my law school knowledge in real world applications. Also, just the feedback I get from partners and other associates that I work with, whether good or bad, regarding my research. I think everything has propelled me to the next level, working at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.

What makes Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. unique is the team atmosphere. Since day one, I was introduced to the associates and partners. There has always been a push for me to learn and for me to continue. At Adam Leitman Bailey P.C., everybody is part of the team and we succeed when everyone succeeds, and I definitely felt that working at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.

What sets Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. apart in my eyes is the work ethic. Everybody comes to work hard and everybody has a mastery of real estate law. The attorneys here are the best I’ve come across and the knowledge is so immense regarding real estate, At Adam Leitman Bailey, everything real estate gets solved.
What advice would you give an incoming extern?
To any incoming extern, the best advice I can give is come with energy and be ready to work. There’s a lot of work. All you have to do is ask. The team atmosphere, there is great inclusion. At Adam Leitman Bailey, you’re going to work, you’re going to have to bring that energy, but it’s going to be the best experience you’ve ever had.
Any closing comments?
I’ve always loved real estate so this is the perfect place for me. And this is the perfect place I believe for any attorney, just because of Adam’s work ethic and mentality, as well as everybody around you, like I said as a team. There’s always a person pushing you and helping you and pushing for the best result.
