My name is Katherine Harvey, and I’m a paralegal who also works with the building department. I joined Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. in February 2022, coming over with a group of attorneys, including Steve Wagner and Bonnie Burkow.
There’s no such thing as an average day in this role. My responsibilities vary and often depend on the emails I receive from attorneys or clients. Tasks include putting together court documents, mailing letters, sending materials out for service, and handling other legal or administrative duties. Every day is different, and you never know what’s going to happen until you arrive at the office.
One of the things I appreciate about the firm is the collaborative environment. Everyone works together toward the same goal: ensuring that our clients receive the best legal representation possible, and doing so in the most efficient way.
I also enjoy the social aspects of working here. The happy hours and summer lunches are great opportunities to connect with colleagues outside of the office setting, making the work environment even more enjoyable.
Adam is dedicated to ensuring that both his employees and clients are taken care of. He genuinely wants his staff to feel happy and fulfilled in their roles while going above and beyond to provide clients with the best services possible. His commitment to both employees and clients is inspiring.
I genuinely enjoy working here. Every day is unique, and I wouldn’t spend as much time here as I do if I didn’t like what I was doing. The cases we work on are interesting, and the collaborative, friendly environment makes it a great place to be.
