“The aggression is there, you know that you have got really strong support. Whatever you need, they are going to fight” – Chad & Victor, Clients for over 10 years

My name is Chad Sandro, and my husband, Victor Clark, have been clients of the firm in various capacities since 2008. We first met them during a condo conversion project in Hamilton Heights, where we were part of a tenants association. The firm was instrumental in making that project happen, providing us with such excellent help and support that we’ve continued working with them ever since.

When we purchased that condo, the firm represented us. Later, when it was time to move to a slightly bigger apartment, they represented us in that purchase as well. Eventually, I joined the board of the condo, and the board needed legal representation for some very challenging issues. We faced problems with LLC owners causing disruptions, illegal investment properties, and incidents like burst pipes, all of which negatively impacted the neighbors’ quality of life. The firm stepped in and resolved these issues, even forcing disruptive owners to sell their units.

Another situation involved a unit where there was illegal activity, loud noise, and constant fighting. The police would come, but the disruption would resume as soon as they left. It was a major quality-of-life issue for the building. The firm enforced our bylaws and city laws, and their efforts restored peace and order, making the building a pleasant place to live again.

One of the things I appreciate most about this firm is the personal attention they provide. They make you feel like an important client, no matter the size of the issue. I really want to thank Adam and the team for their incredible responsiveness. It’s reassuring to know that when you have a big problem and don’t know what to do, you can call the firm, and they’ll say, “Yes, we can help.” And then they deliver. They also have a way of showing appreciation—like with thoughtful gifts, which is always a nice touch.

The response time at the firm is exceptional. Whenever we’ve had a question, especially during ongoing matters, they’ve always provided answers right away. Their approach is aggressive when necessary—you know you have strong support. For example, we had an issue with a developer next door who needed access to our property for construction. They initially tried to brush us off with a small stipend, but we demanded a contract with teeth—escrow, insurance, and proper terms. Jack Erdos, who was with the firm at the time, went in and made that deal happen. It didn’t matter how big the developer was; the firm fought for us.

Whether it’s a straightforward transaction or going up against a large, powerful entity, the team knows when to be aggressive and push hard and when to be approachable and collaborative. They adapt seamlessly to the needs of each situation. It’s like having the A-team on your side—like having LeBron James in your corner. When you have Adam, you know you’re in good hands.

One specific example that stands out is when Rachel Sigmund joined an annual condo board Zoom meeting during the pandemic. Homeowners were angry and frustrated because a big assessment was coming, and they were screaming and yelling at her. Despite the hostility, Rachel kept her cool, answered all their questions with civility and kindness, and maintained control of the meeting. Remarkably, she was about 11 months pregnant at the time, but you wouldn’t even know it. It was an incredible display of professionalism and composure.

This is just one example of the caliber of people at Adam Leitman Bailey’s firm. Everyone knows exactly how to fight for their clients and get results. Adam’s firm is the best. If you have a hard job that needs doing, call Adam Leitman Bailey. They’ll deliver every time.
