When joining the team at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. it is inevitable that one acquires the highest level of knowledge in real estate. The firm vigorously implements training, education, and a deep understanding of real estate throughout the day-to-day tasks of all employees. Amazingly in a firm of fewer than 50 employees, in 2017 the team at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. has performed 10 closings for employees both buying and selling homes (this means we’re either paying them to much money, the foreclosure department is providing tips on undervalued homes, or that our employees are simply good at saving money.)

In addition, one of our employees blames Adam Leitman Bailey for teaching her how to buy a home at the best price and how to use Adam’s book, Finding the Uncommon Deal, in her search to uncover her dream home. Three years later and she is now the owner of three homes, two of which she rents out. Television show, First Time Flippers, featured not only the home that she purchased, but also the construction that she performed with her family on one of the properties:
