Hi, my name is Ashley, and I’m the Operations Executive and Executive Assistant to Adam Leitman Bailey. From the moment I went through the interview process, I felt at home here. I went through three rounds of interviews—starting with my predecessor, Maria, and ending with Adam himself. Everyone I spoke with made me feel comfortable and welcomed, and that’s ultimately why I wanted to join the firm. The beautiful office space was also a huge plus—it’s an environment that makes you want to come in every day, which is something I value in a workplace.
My day-to-day responsibilities are dynamic and exciting. I support Adam with his business calendar, assist with operations, HR, and marketing, and work closely with every department at the firm. This cross-departmental exposure has given me the chance to learn so much about how the firm functions and thrive in a collaborative environment.
The teamwork here is one of the best parts of the job. Everyone is willing to help, no matter the task. There’s a true sense of camaraderie—no question or task is ever too big or too small. This support system has made this the best environment to learn and grow.
The culture at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. is family-oriented and supportive. Even on tough days, I know I can turn to any of my peers for help, and they’ll be there for me. Adam himself is an incredible mentor. He genuinely cares about every employee at the firm, and his willingness to teach and guide is unparalleled. Even though I’m not pursuing a career as an attorney, Adam has taught me so much about leadership, business, and success. He lets me shadow him, whether it’s during court cases or meetings, and he always takes the time to answer my questions.
Adam has built this business from the ground up, and over 20 years later, it’s thriving. His dedication inspires me, as I aspire to become an entrepreneur myself. Watching him lead, make decisions, and mentor others has shown me how to be both a strong professional and a strong person.
