Good afternoon, my name is Ammiel Yode, and I am Head of IT here at Adam Leitman Bailey. My day-to-day is honestly very random—nothing is ever the same. Some days, I’m fixing a printer, and other days, I’m replacing a battery for a mouse. I can honestly say that nobody here is the same as the last person they hired. Everyone comes in with their own approach to how they take care of the business. They make sure everything is in order, but they do it in a way that’s not burdensome. Everybody communicates in a friendly manner, keeps each other on track, and you feel more like part of a team and a family than just being at work. I would say that with almost every group here I’ve worked with, they are very close-knit and make sure their work is always on point.
In my opinion, this is a great place to work, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a company with good rapport and notable partnerships. Adam has built strong relationships with people to the point where they trust us with a significant amount of business. I can’t think of a reason not to work here.
The firm offers great incentives to ensure that everyone comes to work happy. When you’re new, they make sure you know that it’s not all about work, work, work. They try to keep things fun with happy hours and other activities. The happy hours, for example, bring together people from all parts of the firm—from seasoned attorneys to younger paralegals—so they can share advice and have conversations about life. There’s no segregation here. Just because someone is older or more experienced doesn’t mean they won’t communicate with you. You can speak to someone with more experience, and they won’t treat you condescendingly because of their position.
Adam Leitman Bailey is a very friendly place. Adam himself is inspiring. You’ll see him working hard every day to make sure the company thrives, and seeing his commitment motivates you to do better yourself.
Working here means that every day is a bit unpredictable. Some days are exciting, and some are calm, but it’s always dynamic, much like a jack-in-the-box—you never know what to expect!
