NYARM Presents: The Crossroads of Warrant of Habitability and Pest Infestation
Adam Leitman Bailey spoke at the New York Association of Realty Manager’s (NYARM) legal panel, “The Crossroads of Warrant of Habitability and Pest Infestation” on Wednesday, April 29, 2009. The panel was held at Tavern on the Green in Central Park. The comments and conversation were focused on the specific issue of bedbug infestation and how to eliminate and prevent future infestation. The panel was comprised of seven of the top real estate attorneys from around New York City. Almost one hundred building owners attended the event.
