Using the most recent case law and newest statutes, Adam Leitman Bailey discussed how the courts are using the 2008 and former adverse possession statutes and how the courts are applying the laws.  Using the facts from the most prominent appellate cases, he attempted to teach the complicated rules before entering a discussion of terminating easements and noting some unknown laws that can be used as a shield or sword.
