NYARM PRESENTS: Legal Advice About Recent Court Decisions Affecting Rental, Coop/Condo Multifamily Buildings
Adam Leitman Bailey was the moderator at the New York Association of Realty Manager’s (NYARM) legal panel where they discussed recent court decisions affecting the operation of rental, coop/condo multifamily buildings on Wednesday, March 28, 2012. The panel was held at the Library Pavillion of The General Society of Mechanics & Tradesmen. The comments and conversation were focused on the specific issue of new foreclosure laws, the Tenant Fair Chance Act, dealing with disabled applicants and residents, smoking and condo developers offering plans. The panel was comprised of four of the top real estate attorneys from around New York City. Almost one hundred building owners attended the event.
