Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.’s Rosemary Liuzzo Mohamed Named One of Mann Charitable Foundation’s Leading Ladies of 2018

One of Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.’s leading ladies has been recognized by The Mann Charitable Foundation’s 2nd Annual Leading Ladies event, which credits women for pushing boundaries in the apparel, real estate, hedge fund, and banking industries.

Rosemary Liuzzo Mohamed heads the firm’s Mortgage Finance Group and has been ranked as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2014 through 2018. Her main focus is on the representation of leading banks in lending transactions, in which she uses her extensive experience in providing guidance to mortgage lenders and loan officers all over the country.

Rosemary has closed thousands of loans throughout her career, closing mortgages secured by condominiums and one-to-four family houses as well as loans secured by cooperative apartment shares and proprietary leases. Additionally, she represents buyers, sellers, and corporations in both residential and commercial transactions. She has handled multiple complex New York loans such as Consolidation, Extension, and Modification agreements in connection with both refinances and purchases.

Rosemary also acts as transfer agent for multiple cooperative corporations in New York City and has prior experience in title insurance law.

The foundation will honor Rosemary on May 7, 2018 at Rock & Reilly’s in Midtown Manhattan’s Renaissance Hotel, and the event will be held in support of the fight against Alzheimer’s, Crohn’s and Colitis, liver cancer, and breast cancer.
