Adam Leitman Bailey and another attorney assisted in drafting the New York portion of the 2015 – 2016 Mortgage Law Summary. Mr. Bailey and anther attorney worked on sections dealing with deficiencies, foreclosure litigation, required pre-foreclosures notices, and notice requirements when foreclosing on tenants.
