For almost 20 years, we have worked on the most prominent cooperative and condominium offering plans—preparing and drafting these plans meticulously. We have reviewed them to strengthen them and worked on them to make sure that they repel the strongest homeowner complaints. We crafted language to satisfy the Attorney General’s office and to fend off lawsuits from homeowner associations.
At the same time, we continue to work with some of the finest wordsmiths in the field of law, learning their craft to perfect our own offering plans. Drafting and/or amending offering plans has not only been successful, but we have been able to leverage our relationships and expertise in all facets of condominium law. This includes representing hundreds of condominiums as corporate counsel, litigating for and against sponsors about the most arcane subjects, and trying to draft and develop the best possible product to build a newly constructed condominium.
