Caleb J. Brown
Caleb J. Brown is a law clerk in the firm’s litigation department while he is awaiting his bar results from the July 2024 New York Bar Exam. While attending Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and pursuing his long-standing passion in real estate, Mr. Brown came across Adam Leitman Bailey P.C. and immediately knew he wanted to work for New York’s top real estate law firm. Caleb worked for the firm in the Fall of 2023, where he was a legal extern in the transactional department. Caleb conducted his own closings, filed UCC 1s, prepared transfer documents for co-operative and condominium closings and trust agreements.
During his time in law school, Caleb discovered his interest in being a litigator when he was a pro bono clinical intern in his law school’s Bankruptcy and Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic where he managed over twenty clients. Under the supervision of an attorney, Mr. Brown counseled his clients on their financial situations and assisted in dismissing their debts by filing Chapter 11 Bankruptcy petitions on their behalf. As a result of his academic achievement, Caleb received three CALI Awards for Academic Excellence by achieving the highest grade in his courses amongst his peers. At law school, he was on the Dean’s List for Spring 2022.
Prior to attending law school, Caleb graduated Cum Laude from Cuny Queens College where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in History, and was on the Dean’s List all semesters.
