Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. attorney, John M. Desiderio appointed to the First Department Disciplinary Committee
John M. Desiderio has been appointed to the Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the First Department of the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court. Mr. Desiderio will serve for a period of three years through December 31, 2016.
The letter of appointment from the Presiding Justice of the Court noted that Committee members perform a vital function in assuring that the Disciplinary Committee fulfills its essential role in protecting the rights of clients and in maintaining the integrity of the legal profession.
