Template for Notice of Motion for Default Judgment, Order of Reference, and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale
Pursuant to the Administrative Order of the Chief Administrative Judge of the Courts, the following motion template has been promulgated for use in residential mortgage foreclosure proceedings in Supreme Court cases where a homeowner defendant has defaulted, effective January 1, 2018. The below template is for use for a notice of motion for a default judgment, order of reference, and judgment of foreclosure and sale.
