On behalf of Society Ties, the Leukemia Society’s young professional group of volunteers , the staff and patient families of the New York City Chapter of the Leukemia Society of America, thank you for participating in Black Tie & Blackjack held on October l 7, 1998 at the Racquet & Tennis Club. Your efficiency and commitment to Society Ties is greatly appreciated!
The event was a success! We brought in nearly 800 people who had a great time! We appreciate your hard work and dedication. Thanks to the efforts of Society Ties over $103,000 was raised from Black Tie & Blackjack to support Leukemia Society programs of research and patient assistance . We attribute the success of our event to the dedication of volunteers like yourself.
Thank you again for your help with Black Tie & Blackjack. I look forward to working with you on the Society Ties’ upcoming events!
Next Society Ties committee meeting is 0n Thursday, November 5th at 6:30 PM at Schulte, Roth & Zabel (900 3’d Avenue between 54th & 55th streets).
