I was glad to see that you presented your scholarship in person at the New Milford Scholarship Dinner last week and as always I am sorry I could not attend.

I continue to be humbled by the fact that you give the scholarship in my name and am filled with joy and pride that you have so generously funded the entire four year college tuition for 36 deserving students over 18 years.

I follow past recipients on Facebook and Linked In and know that your generosity in each and every case has changed their lives.

In addition, most all of the recipients have completed an internship at your office where you have been able to mentor them both personally and professionally. This internship has given them an important glimpse into their future working life and has imparted invaluable professional skills during their time with you.

My gift as teacher and coach is that I was able to spend many hours with you at practices and meets. To now follow your career accomplishments and your family adventures is a blessing for me.

As the years pass by all too quickly, this scholarship means a great deal to me; but more importantly what means the most is our friendship and relationship and the memories of our times together.

Thank you Adam for all you do for young scholars. You have changed lives and thereby changed the world!
