Adam Leitman Bailey Brings Smiles and Fun to Elementary Schools for Read Across America Day
For over a decade, Adam Leitman Bailey has been invited to visit and read to the children attending James Madison Elementary School. This year, there was a slight change of plans as the students were unable to attend school in person. Adam showed his dedication to carry on his legacy by not only donating his time to read to the students at James Madison Elementary School virtually but also by making a monetary donation to ensure their education continues, even if virtually. The students were able to interact and engage as Adam read two books, Green Eggs and Ham and Home. The students loved the event, declaring the event to be a success. Adam cannot wait to return in person next year.
