The Louis Armstrong Math Team thanks Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. for their support and generosity in the donation of our math team t-shirts.
The mission of the LAMS Math Team is to provide an educational, fun, and safe environment where all students of grades 5 – 8 can explore and interact with real life mathematical problems. With the support and guidance of peers, teachers, and other school professionals, students will have the opportunity to problem solve collaboratively (and/or individually) and communicate their ideas using multiple means of communication. Students will use a variety of problem solving techniques, mathematically sound reasoning, and technology to persevere through a diverse assortment of math problems.
