Commercial sub-tenant owed Fortune 500 company six months past due rent. The commercial sub-tenant stated that it would surrender the space and would go into bankruptcy before paying a dime and that all tenant’s monies had been transferred to a different company. Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. commenced an eviction action on behalf of landlord-tenant and analyzed the financial documents obtained about the tenant’s finances. Sub-tenant had been defrauding banks to obtain larger loans for different buildings.
