2. New construction protocols to allow residents better living conditions including limitations on construction hours on weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

3. Payment of Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.’s legal fees in full.

4. Payment of one month’s rent to all Manhattan House tenants.

5. Permission for tenants to own and bring pets into the building.
