Sereena Ramprashad is an attorney in the firm’s landlord-tenant litigation department and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Ms. Ramprashad is a graduate of New York Law School. While attending New York Law School, Ms. Ramprashad was a research assistant and editor for Friedman on Leases. Before being admitted to the Bar, Ms. Ramprashad worked as an extern/law clerk at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. When Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. asked New York Law School for its real estate program’s top graduate, one of New York Law School’s former department chairman and current professor raved about Ms. Ramprashad. She was a student intern at the Non-Profit and Small Business Clinic, where she provided pro bono legal assistance to community-based groups. She was selected as a WX Scholar in the WX Scholar’s Program at WX – New York Woman Executives in Real Estate. This is a highly competitive educational and networking program that only selects the best young minds in real estate.
Ms. Ramprashad graduated from The University at Albany with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Psychology.
