Ira M. Thomas is a Partner at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.

Ira brings over forty years of experience in the field of personal injury including premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, NY Labor Law, as well as consumer protection class action and commercial litigation actions. Whether by settlement, mediation, arbitration or trial, Ira is experienced in litigating over a hundred cases from inception through trial, including post‑trial appellate practice. Ira believes in zealously and successfully representing his clients while upholding the highest moral standards of practicing law in a courteous manner with his adversaries. Ira has tried cases and conducted hundreds of depositions in the state and federal courts of New York.

Ira received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University and his joint J.D./M.B.A. degree from New York University. He further successfully completed all four parts of the CPA exam.
