Brandon M. Zlotnick is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Zlotnick has experience in a wide range of real estate related litigation, including foreclosure litigation, fraudulent conveyances, construction litigation, homeowners’ association, cooperative and condominium disputes, lien law trust fund claims, boundary disputes and title litigation and property disputes.
Mr. Zlotnick received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a Senior Articles Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkely, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Zlotnick is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, and the federal courts of the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and District of New Jersey.
