Danny Ramrattan is a partner in the Foreclosure, Title and Real Estate Litigation Groups and is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Mr. Ramrattan has extensive experience in foreclosure litigation and has been with Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. since 2016. Coming from the defense side, Mr. Ramrattan’s specific expertise lies in anticipating and curing possible defenses prior to the commencement of a foreclosure action. He is also versed in navigating and defeating the cumbersome and highly technical affirmative defenses and counterclaims often asserted by borrowers in foreclosure proceedings.
During law school, Mr. Ramrattan was an Executive Articles and Notes Editor for the N.Y. Real Property Law Journal. He was a member of the Domestic Violence Litigation Clinic with the New York Legal Assistance Group where he represented clients in Family Court. Mr. Ramrattan also interned with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in the Rackets Division.
Mr. Ramrattan received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and has B.A. from the City University of New York – Baruch College with a double major in History and Political Science, where he won the Excellence Award in History.
