I worked for Adam Leitman Bailey from 2007 to 2013. During my time at the firm I supported Adam on both business and personal matters. Adam was extremely dedicated to his work and loyal to his employees. He ALWAYS went out of his way to ensure his employees were well taken care of. During my early years at the firm I worked round the clock to ensure Adam’s life as well as the daily operations of the firm ran seamlessly. Adam’s dedication to his work truly shaped my work ethic and prepared me well for life away from Adam Leitman Bailey P.C. Something that sticks with me to this day is Adam’s 24 hour rule concerning communication. Learning the importance of communication- both how you communicate and when you communicate with others started at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. and continues to be a reason for my success today.
