My name is Lydia Francois and I met Adam, I think is 2001, somewhere around there. I came to his office to do some paperwork with my son

Chris Carrington. I met Adam in 2001. I believe a lady that was a broker, mortgage broker, purchasing a building actually in Brooklyn through the loan process, she recommended me to Adam. And for the first time I met him, I said, you know, I knew that this is my kind of person. And over that 21 years, we have probably had five to seven different type of contracts and kind of work that he has done for us through, you know, refinancing and purchasing new properties and stuff like that. And he’s always someone you could call on and ask for real good advice. One thing, he never forgot the people who first was there as his clients from the beginning. So as soon as I call him, like, right now, I gave him a call yesterday, and I got right through to him knowing that his firm has ascended. Very, very happy to be here again, you know, to see him and help us with a latest manner. He definitely helped us to actually get some of them evicted, or, and so forth, gave us really good advice. We had two difficult tenants. And he walked us right through, two sisters, and he walked us right through the process. And one thing you could tell that he has that type of experience, as soon as he hears what’s going on, he really could reflect on many past cases, and he tells you exactly what you need to do. No, I I’ve periodically read, because I follow him. I think it’s on LinkedIn on different places like that. And and I’ve read like little journals that he you know, in cases that he has wrote, I mean, I could tell that he puts everything into it, right? In terms of how he advocates for his client. And I looked at some of the wins that he had, you know, throughout the years. And you know, I’ve been following him. I haven’t called him on it every time. But I’ve been seeing the little post here and there. And just reading the articles, I could imagine what the results were in terms of how ecstatic that his clients were that he won those cases for. And I know it wasn’t one case. It’s numerous. Yeah, Adam will pick up on your personality right away. And he would just know exactly what type, right right measure, right right words to say to you. He just has a sense of just person’s persona. And then he then reacts to it and he gives you what you want to hear and what you need to hear. So that’s what’s what I would say about Adam
