Christopher Halligan Speaks to NYSBA on Jury Trials and Landlord and Tenant Proceedings

Using the most recent rules for jury selection in civil trials, Christopher Halligan discussed how to implement New York’s civil voir dire laws and rules for jury trials in summary proceedings. Using facts from the most prominent cases, Christopher spoke about his experience working with jurors, methods and challenges of selecting a jury, and related rules and policies while attempting to teach tactics that can be used whether on the defense or the offense.
